We offer bookings via phone call, text message or DM, as well as our online booking system. Please note that during the day we are often with clients and may not be able to answer your call. Rest assured if you send us a text message outlining your needs, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

It can feel a bit overwhelming when trying to figure out what to book for. To help you navigate the process we offer a complementary consultation service. Please call or text to make a booking and we will allocate a stylist time to chat with you.
Existing clients can text or call for help with bookings and we can check on your file or with your stylist.

This will vary depending on what sort of service you are having. Prices on the website are a guide only. Factors like length of regrowth or desired outcome will be considered. We give all clients a full consultation and quote before we begin any services. If you would like a quote before your appointment, please book in a complementary consult.

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellation within 48hours will result in the loss of deposit or cancelation fee. Please see our policies section for a full outline on our cancellation policy.

We pride ourselves on delivering bespoke colour services. Colours that grow out so well you can go longer between visits. We use high quality products which can take time when lifting but maintain the integrity of the hair. For lightening services like foils, please allow 3 -4 hours for a half head and 4 -5 hours for a full head. We promise it will be worth your time!
All over tint colour appointments are generally around 2 hours.
Please note these are estimates only. Times estimates are for a full service from start to finishing. Including toning, cutting and blow-drying.
If you are under time constraints, please let your stylist know when you arrive. This means we can give you a more accurate timeframe and make any adjustments if required.

Absolutely! Bring your laptop, jump on the Wi-Fi and work away. You will have access to power points if required and our wide stations mean you have plenty of space to spread out. You may also like to head around to our multipurpose table area. Slightly quieter than the main salon floor with a beautiful outlook to the trees outside to get you in the zone.

We don't take walk-ins — we are fully booked and working from a waitlist at the moment. This means every client gets our full attention and we're never rushing anyone through.

Nanoplasty is a professional smoothing treatment that eliminates frizz, adds shine, and restructures the hair using nourishing, formaldehyde-free ingredients. It's a step up from a regular treatment and a gentler alternative to keratin or Brazilian blowouts.
It's particularly effective for frizzy, high-porosity, or hard-to-manage hair. Results typically last 3–5 months.

We'll start every first appointment with a proper consultation — a real conversation about your hair history, your goals, your lifestyle and what you've loved or hated about your colour in the past.
Once we have a clear picture, we'll walk you through our plan and give you a quote before we start. You'll never be surprised by the service or the price.
Our salon has Wi-Fi, power points, coffee, and a private Basin Retreat if you want to switch off during processing. Bring your laptop, your book, or nothing at all — we just want you to feel at ease.

Yes — colour correction is one of our specialities. Whether you've had a box dye go wrong, a salon appointment that didn't deliver, or years of colour build-up you'd like to undo — we can help.
Corrections are always assessed at consultation first. We'll look at your hair, understand your history, and give you an honest picture of what's achievable and in what timeframe.
